How do you know if a catalina is at your store? I saw somewhere that Rembrandt, which is part of the mega event also has a catalina but I’m not sure if it’s regional. Thanks!

I had a TOTAL blackout moment yesterday when I tried to do this deal! I was so focused on hurrying to get back before trick-or-treaters were gone that it totally slipped my mind that I had to buy 3 to get the catalina to print! I only bought 2 and didn’t remember till AFTER I had already got my receipt. And, I think one of the .50 cents off coupons didn’t go through, I was looking at my receipt and it only showed one, not 2 *slaps head* Man oh man was I so embarrassed with myself! My boyfriend was with me (we were shopping for stuff for our new apartment) and I’m sure I didn’t make a good couponing impression on him (although he is very appreciative of couponing, he just won’t admit it to anyone but me!) I’m thinking about going back to the store today, but I don’t know how a return would work…I bought 10 items, so would returning the 2 cleaning products to get a 3rd be an issue? or should I just give up on that transaction and start all over with a new one?
Ok I would just go to the customer service counter and ask them what they suggest. You have to scan 3 to trigger the catalina, but you don’t get the good price unless you have 10 items. So maybe they can return the 2 let you buy 3 and override it do that you get the mega event pricing.
Thank you for the advise! I feel bad about being a complication! Ill probably go up and see what they can do, but if its too big of a deal, I’ll just do the mega event again in a whole new transaction…A lesson learned the hard way. Usually I write out exactly what I want to do when I go shopping so I don’t forget once I get there, but this time I guess I just wasn’t thinking at all! Here is too writing out my plan before every big trip from here on out!

The $3 catalina didnt print for me:( I tried in 2 different transactions and then put the rest of my scrubbing bubbles and pledge back. I bought the exact ones in the picture so not sure why it didnt work. Any advice?
I am not sure… Did they have paper in the machine and was it turned on? That is all I can think of as far as why it wouldn’t print.
