Kroger Mega Event – Michael Spent $42.05!

I LOVE, LOVE the write up that reader Michael did on his trip to Kroger! YES, guys coupons also, and they kick butt!!

From Michael:

“So….I went to Kroger in League City last night and did this awesome trip.

When I went to check out my total was around 160.61  after savings and coupons my total was 42.05 for a savings of 74%. I feel like a Jedi that now knows how to use the Force

The bet part was I went to the cashier that I always try to avoid (I know, I know…Paul told us in class that you are not big on profiling cashiers but this lady looks like the one you should avoid and she is for real ).

Anyway when I paid her and all my coupons worked perfectly I said “ did that just says $161.00 ?  And now it says $42.00…? “

She said “yes”..kind of dryly   I said “thanks!”  and Elvis left the building!!

BTW  I tried the crystal light catalina to buty mpre and IT IS ROLLING

My total was also boosted by the fact my store has the Humongous Size honey nut cheerios and lucky charms that are over 5 bucks a box on sale for 2.49/ 1.49 on mega event and I bought several!”
