WOW! I am really hoping you have been able to get some cereal at Kroger, if you wanted any! Above are just a few pictures you have sent me or posted on Facebook.
Kroger was not supposed to release that $6/4 coupon until the mega events are done. Someone did and I am sure grateful! We go through so much cereal here, that it is a real blessing to be able to stockup with cereal my kids like and the family size boxes!
I know some of you were not able to do this deal, or tried to and the coupon didn’t come off. In a lot of the cases it was because you accidentally got the wrong size boxes, that happens all the time. It is frustrating in the store to not know why a coupon isn’t working, but I would encourage you to go back and try again. Most stores are stocked up again today. This sale ends TONIGHT and so this is your last chance!
I want to thank you guys for helping each other in the stores and online with questions and encouragement, and a HUGE thank you to Kroger for making this deal happen right before school starts when we have all just spent a bunch of money on back to school items and so the food budget is tight!
Here are some of my favorite comments:
- Worked at the kroger in pearland at cullen and 518 and they are fully stocked after yesterdays massacre.
- Tonight I went out of way a bit to Kroger in Crosby. A nice kid by the name of Luke seen me looking at the cereals and asked if I was doing this deal. There were none on the shelves and he ran to the back and brought me out 20 boxes. All were around the 20oz mark! I don’t know where you are in houston but Crosby has them in the back. Call ahead first though! I thought that was really really nice of an employee! He could’ve easily told me they were out! I plan on calling the store in the morning about him!
- Just got my 20 boxes at Fry’s! Thank you so much!
- The Multi-grain cheerios in the large boxes worked for me this morning as well. Woo hoo!
- That is a great haul! They have that same sale here at Smith’s, but prices and deal options are a little different. I also got Gushers for $0.49 each! Thank goodness, because my stockpile was down to just one box and my kids were getting worried.
- Thanks for the great deal on cereal! I got 12 Cinnamon Toast Crunch, 2 Honey Nut Cherrios, and 6 boxes of reg. Cherrios, plus my free bag of cheetos all for $9.80..what a great deal.

Not seeing the coupon
If you click the link in the post I gave you it is still there. If you go to Kroger.com and coupon, you wont find it.
I tried to find this coupon yesterday around 7pm and it was not there. I just tried again, using your link and it is not there.
Thanks! I found it and ran up there. I got 20 family size boxes of cereal, 12 cans of shave gel, a bag of cheetos (the Friday freebie), 18 eggs, and a large thing of pita bread and paid $3.28 !! The only paper coupons I used were for the Gillette. I can’t quite figure out why my cereal came out basically free though. These Kroger receipts are so hard to read. Super great deal!
I have this on my card they will not honor the cereal coupon nor the gushers coupon. My store was all out of cereal so I just got rain checks and will use it next week. Every other day my Dillon’s comes out with a new policy of their own. One day limit is 5 next day it is 10 one day you can use more than one coupon next day you can not. : (
I followed the link and it says loaded but when I look total value able to redeem it says $0

Wow!! I’m so glad I read your post.I was wondering why the coupon wasn’t there and how everyone was buying cereal.It might be a little late to shop the last day but I’m still going.I did do the betty crocker fruit snacks yesterday for .49 each which was awesome.
Thank you so much for this! I have a question! There is a coupon in this weeks ad, for tomorrow that I got today, and it is for $6 off 4 General mills, but DOES not state it is a MFG COUPON, does this mean I can douple stack on it? PLEASE tell me I can so I can use it today! 😀

Just got back from the Kroger off Rayford/Sawdust. Was able to get my cereal no problem. I even had a conversation with two fellow MyLitter readers also getting their cereal. (Hi, if you are reading this and it was you^^) Thanks for always highlighting the best deals. Now off to my moms house to share the wealth 🙂

I tried to load the coupon yesterday and it was gone. Tried again right now and it is not there.
I just loaded it 2 minutes ago. I had to “go through the motions” twice to see it. I wasn’t really sure what I was doing but used Tiffany’s link and then loaded to my card. (9:08 p.m.) – Conroe
I just got back from Kroger’s and they have me a rain check that specifies 20 boxes of general mills cereal so that I could still do the deal by Aug. 31. Hooray!
Raced all the way to Kroger this evening to get my 20 boxes only to have the manager say they shut the coupon off from loading today because it should have been released tomorrow only. So, it doesn’t work in Pearland on FM 2234 until tomorrow.
I just tried again. I have no idea why I can’t see it. I used the link, sign into my account and it is no where to be found.
