Hey! I got this deal a while ago and recommended to a friend who also received the deal. And I have been logging it. I ordered 5 per week; my friend ordered 4 per week. But, when delivery began, we both receive one less paper than ordered. I have consistently only been getting 4 papers and she has only ever received 3. Any ideas on how we can fix this? Thanks!!
AUGH!!! I am sorry! The Chron makes me nuts. Ok are you calling each week on Sunday to report it and demand that they redeliver another by the end of the day? PLEASE make sure to do that! Then if that is not working, call them a few times a week and they need to credit your account for all the ones that they have missed sending you!!

I have had a couple of problems, too. I reported online, yesterday, about my missing paper and received it today. I called, 713-362-7211, this morning because my make up paper had two coupon smartsouce inserts and the two received yesterday only had one. I spoke to a rep. who took my complaint and put in a request for my missing inserts. (Pick up the Values)

I ordered 4 extra Sunday H.C. papers and very rarely are they delivered correctly. I am usually missing the coupon inserts. I call on Sunday and if they even redeliver it, it is usually later in the week and usually not the correct number of missing papers. Last week, I was missing some of the coupon inserts in 3 of my papers and never did get a redelivery even after calling every day for 5 days. Yesterday, I was missing the inserts in 2 of my papers and did receive 1 paper today. They have requested that the dist. mgr call me but no luck with that.
It is just so frustrating.
