I saw an HEB Type B coupon in the store today that is $3 off 3 HEB brand cereals, and I have $1 off HEB toasted oats cereals type M coupons that were in the paper a couple of weeks ago. Can those two be combined? If I’m reading the policy correctly, I think they can and that would make each box free.
