Well, what do we have here? CVS is offering loadable e-coupons, are you guys excited or what?! If you got an email from them lately and actually read it, they have been offering a new way to save, by adding the $4 off $20 or $5 off $25 coupons directly to your CVS card. I loaded mine, but have not tried it out yet. I should have today but my total was never high enough and I forgot about it
If you are NOT getting emails or coupons form CVS you need to go HERE and either create an account OR update an old one. This will get you coupons and emails from CVS. Then you will get an offer to add these coupons to your CVS card by just clicking on them. They do have expirations dates so make sure you know what and when.

I tried my for the first time last week. It was great. I just loaded one $5 off a $30 dollar purchase. The prilosec is $24.99, you get $5 ECB and with the $5 off to will bring down the cost even more. Of course I have buy something else with it. So I’m going to buy candy as a filler or snacks.
I got some stuff this evening. I got $4 off $20. I bought 4 packs of Coke for $13 with $3 ECB. I wanted to buy the razor for $9.99 but they didn’t have any so I ended up buying an Aussie and Herbal Essence shampoos with free coupons I had from Facebook. Total oop was $7.07 with tax for all, plus my $3 ECB for next time. I turned around and bought the Skinny cow bars witha BOGO for $1.11 with $.99 ECB. Overall I did pretty good!
cvs sent me an email w/this offer last wk and i tried it via self checkout and it worked perfectly!
I read on another blog that if you have loaded a $ off $ purchase then you can’t pick and choose when you get to the store what to use. CVS system sometimes won’t let you use more than 1 $ off cvs q’s in one transcation, happened with the skittles for example, had a 5 off 25 and then the skittles 2 off crt.. well no matter what we did we couldnt get it to take both and it said on the q cannot be combined with other $ off offers. So… be careful using this feature, because until you use it, it will beat out any other cvs q’s you try to use. and customer service said they can’t remove it once loaded until used. I personally will not be loading any onto my card just to be on the safe side. I think the blog was simplycvs
I had received an email a couple of weeks ago for save 20% off your purchase, which I loaded to my card by clicking on a specific button in the email, and it worked wonderfully when I checked out! Also, when I went to the store after I loaded it and scanned my card at the machine, it spit out a notice that the discount was loaded to the card.
Used mine! I had a 5. off 30. purchase one. I combined this with the gas card promo items. I got 6 jars of skippy, 3 jars or Ragu, tresemme hair spray & sundown vitamins (bogo deal). Used 3 – 1/2 skippy coupons, 1/3 ragu coupon, 1/1 tresemme coupon, 1 printable 3/2 sundown coupon, plus 5 off 30 cvs coupon. After gas card, I only spent 4.o0!!
I love 5 off 30 coupons, or 3 off 15. from CVS because you can use them on anything. The % off ones, you can’t use on sale items.
I already have an account with CVS but can’t find where to load eCoupons to my card.
I run into the same situation you do, my total is never that high. I guess that’s a good thing right 🙂
Libby, the coupons are sent to your email if you sign up for emails & then you have the option of having the coupon sent to card or printing it.
I have been signed up with CVS for a long time to get emails but I didn’t get it. 🙁
