Yes, you can use 1 coupon per item you are buying. Now if it said 1 “per transaction” then you could only use 1 coupon for all 12.
Tried to get the deal. Since it is not advertised in the paper they wouldn’t give me the 3 ECB’s. Showed them the add ( from Blog) on my phone. Didn’t accept this either. Where does the add come from so I can print it and show them?

I went to my local CVS and could not find the NYC brand nail polish anywhere in the store 🙁 I went about an hour away to another CVS and same thing, couldn’t find any NYC brand products/nail polish in the store. Walgreens doesn’t have NYC products either. I guess I’ll wait and go to Target & try because although our Walmart carries NYC products, they are $1.25 or something like that and they were wiped out, only had a few pink and ugly colors left. The cheapest nail polish in CVS was the Wet N Wild brand. Maybe I just over looked it, but my friend even helped me look. I’m bummed about it, but we did save quite a lot at Lowe’s Foods, Harris Teeter & Food Lion today!
They are at an incap ( facing away from the center isle), near the front of the store. I looked at the Beauty section and couldn’t find it either. I think it was the aisle that had face cleaning pads in it.
