When did you sign up? It can take up to 4 weeks to get the gift card. Let me know when you signed up and I can ask them.
I signed up at the beginning of July. They took the money from my bank on July 7.

The gift card is not through the HC, it is a promotion that we did. The gift card came from Walmart.com and they were all sent out.

I recently ordered the Sunday paper through your site, but somehow was charged a different amount than what is listed. I was charged $11.95 instead of $7.95 and then a separate charge of $16.00, which I assume is for the 4 newspapers I ordered. I called the number listed on the order form and left a message requesting an explanation, but no one has called. To make matters worse, I ordered the paper a week ago expecting it to be delivered this Sunday, but nothing was delivered. Boy was I disappointed. I don’t understand what is going on. Tiffany and Paul are so awesome, what is wrong this subscription process.
You need to call the Houston chronicle. Don’t leave a message, talk to a real person. It sounds like you ordered 5 papers, everyone who ordered 5 was charged $27.95 – $20 for the papers and $7.95 for the EZ pay. If you only wanted 4, please make sure to call them and speak to a real person, tell them you attended a class and wanted 4 not 5. Sorry you have had any trouble.

If it was in the last few days, they are going in tomorrow with the class today. you should see a charge on Thursday or Friday and get papers this weekend.
