That is my “coupon math” talking, at least that is what my husband says! My total for the entire table above was $2.70! PLUS I got a $3 catalina with my receipt, so I figure they paid me $.30 to walk out of the store with it! 🙂

I had a long and crazy week, so I took the 4 big kids and ran into Randalls to use a few rain checks that I had, and a few coupons that were burning a hole in my pocket. Randalls/Safeway has a catalina deal going right now where you buy 3 Hallmark cards and you get $5 back. I needed cards last week so I had a few catalinas to use also!

This is what I bought:

Used 20 Nestle Nesquik $1 off coupons = 20 Free

20 Lunchables $.99 ( I had a rain check from last week)
Used 20 $.75 off any Lunchable coupon = 20 for $.24 each

20 Boxes Quaker Instant Oatmeal B1G1 Free  $3.78 for 1
Used 20 $1 Quaker oatmeal coupon (made them $.89 a box)

Used $20 in catalina’s

Total: $2.70 saved 98% got back $3

My price point for cereal is $.99 or lower. Free is the goal 🙂

This is new and it is good, so I don’t mind paying under $1 for it. For the next 4 days at Randalls (Safeway) they have a promotion where you buy 4 get $4 back. Kinda like a mega event that this cereal is included in. They are $1.99 after the $4 back and you have a $1 off coupon if you bought a paper recently so that makes it $.99 a box!

In today’s inserts was a coupon for $.50/1 Skippy. This will double to $1 at Randalls. If you combine that coupon with the STORE one above (found in today’s ad) you can get Skippy for $.49! Unfortunately, the limit is 4 with a $10 purchase, I need about 20 of them!
