Here are some tips from Melissa who lives in south Texas where they only have an HEB. She is an awesome couponer and gets AMAZING deals all the time at HEB!

From Melissa: Here’s my input on HEB since it is the only grocery store we have in South Texas. I buy all groceries at HEB because they specialize in groceries v. Walmart (our next “big grocery store”) and because they offer a lot of Combo Deals. Also on combo deals you are able to use a MQ on the item you are buying and getting an item/so free. This is called piggybacking not stacking. I also sign up for their weekly email updates and get HEB store coupons emailed to me as well as a preview to next week’s ad.
