My son has one of these. Initially they are great, but after some use they spray water everywhere. If the bottle gets warm and you flip open the straw, you will have a 5 second water fountain, getting everything wet. Tried two of these bottles and same thing with both.

A lot of bottles do this. Before they drink from a warm bottle, loosen the lid just a bit, then tighten back up. It relieves the pressure without the spray.

I found mine at Marshalls for $7.99 …my only complaint is my 2 year old can push the mouth piece down inside and then is wearing his drink! I like Contingo ones better they’re found at target
