Big news this morning!! Walmart Price Match Black Friday Ads! We finally have the official word on price matching…
Starting TODAY, Walmart will be honoring it’s Christmas Price Match Guarantee for customers. They will also be lowering prices on popular toys and electronics, to match select Black Friday offers from Target, Toys R’ Us and Best Buy one week early. You can read more HERE.

Customers who purchase an item on Walmart.com, and find a lower price in a local brick and mortar competitor, can email christmasadmatch@walmart.com and receive the difference on a gift card. The same policy is in place for customers at Walmart stores for items purchased Nov. 1 through Dec. 24, excluding Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday.
Basically, they are price matching regular ads, and dropping the prices lower then everyone else and expecting that you won’t even have to price match.
There are 2 different policies!
Because they do say this: Christmas Ad Match applies to in-store prices only and excludes Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday ads.

No, it has to be a printed ad and during the times that are listed in the Target ad. So I think they have Thursday and friday on that ad.

Okay, I’m confused too. We have to buy the item listed in Target’s Black Friday ad at walmart.com during the times the Target Black Friday ad is valid? Then we send an email after that day to receive the gift card? Or can I buy it now and send the email to Walmart during the time the Target ad is valid?
You would need to buy it during the time the ad is valid. OK but I am going to ask Paul again to make sure. That is a really good question!! Give me a few minutes and I will let you know.

No. You would need to find the price for a LeapPad at that price. That was just their example, I really dont know what they were thinking, it was confusing to add that in there that way. I took it out.
Toys r us will have them at that price on Thursday night. It sounded like they were having a presale tho at that price ?

For the Christmas price match policy. There are 2 policies. The regular one is in effect!

Starting at 8am Friday those things Tiffany had listed that walmart is using as examples should be on sale for those prices along with other items.. I have seen the skylander for that price in a bf ad and the coupe price as well (although I don’t remember where) guess we will all me stalking walmart.com on Friday am 🙂 Happy shopping

Can u put items on lay-a-way today and then go to the store on thanksgiving and have the prices dropped to the sale price?
