I just read somewhere that there are no RR for these wipes, even though they’re advertised as so. Has anyone bought these to confirm?

I went to our Walgreens tonight to get this wipes, the RR didn’t print out. According to the manager he said it’s because I used the M’Q, the RR as M’Q so from now on if use M’Q then RR won’t print — I’m not sure that is truth. But he said he will gave to me this time.
