Have you ever had trouble with digital coupons not working? I went yesterday and I had about 4 coupons that didn’t pick up on my transaction. Ugh I am a little aggravated because I went there specifically for the sale and coupons. Thanks!
I had a problem with the kraft cheese coupon not showing on my receipt, so I called the corporate number for the digital coupons found on my kroger account. The lady took my kroger account number and verified my name, address, and phone number and told me that someone will call me in 5 to 7 days and will either credit me the coupon amount in question or will mail me additional coupons. She also mentioned that they have been having problems with the digital coupons redeeming properly.
Can you use more than one coupon from the ad at a time? Say two or three of the $6 off cereal in one transaction?
I have the $6/4 e- coupon loaded to my card and asked for rain checks for the GM cereal. Will I be able to do the transaction for the 20 boxes of cereal for $9.80? Will the cpn apply 5 times? Thanks for all you do – love your match ups!!
