i am not a fan of wags, had 2 major problems lately in the pharmacy dept. one is medical fraud, put thru a prescription, for 14 dys, only gave me 4, b.c that is what they had, went back to get the rest, said could not get, told them give me my money back, refused, said not their problem, i spent over 6 hrs on the phone w/ my prescription co and wags, corp. they are so nasty…..finally got my money back after arguing for many hrs and several phone calls. also they were offering a 1 yr free membership to aarp, and health check up, i went to 3 store, said not have time to do it, come back another time, and the were out of the strips and could not do….took several messages on facebook to get response and still never got….even their corp. has terrible cust service. dont shop there unless necessary….have had too many problems over the yrs….not getting money back from rebates, etc. just terrible…..as bad as target….who’s corpt office says sorry nothing we can do….too bad…dont shop target either unless i have to….cust service means more than saving a few dollars….to me….harris teeter is wonderful
