I had to go to 2 HEB stores in Sugarland to do this deal before they would let me use the HEB BOGO coupon and the $1 off two OCelo coupon. Both said they could not take 2 coupons for 2 items because 1 is a BOGO coupon. I even called HEB corporate, and she said they didn’t have a policy on the number of coupons you can use in a BOGO deal, and they would have to get back to me in a few days! The 2nd store ended up letting me do the deal above (it is my birthday for goodness sake!), but said she wasn’t supposed to. Does anyone know HEB’s policy on using a manufacturer coupon on the free item (i.e. 1 BOGO coupon, and 1 MQ)?
