For everyone that has the $10 Catalinas from the HEB deal last week, make sure you remember to use those! Photo Credit and thanks to The MamiBlog!
There is a pretty sweet deal you can get this week at HEB on meat. There is a HEB yellow coupon for $6 off Hill Country Fair Beef Stir Fry when you buy the Hill county Fair Chicken Milanesa. The HEB coupon is taking off the entire $6, so if your beef is less then $6 you will get a bit of overage.
The catalina is $10 off a $30 purchase, so get just over $30 when you are checking out.

Tiffany – the YQ which I have is Buy HCF Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast – Get the Beef free, up to $5.98. Is your YQ specifically for the Chicken Milanesa? The packages for the chicken breast that I see are all over $7. I can’t really tell from your picture what you actually bought.

This is Mamiblogs picture, I went in today to my store and they didn’t have the coupons. 🙁

It is a Combo Loco coupon- buy HCF Fresh Young Thin Sliced Boneless Skinless Breasts Get Beef for Stir Fry FREE.
That is exactly what my packages of chicken say but they come up on the receipt as chicken milanesa (same thing as thin sliced chicken). It was $3.99/lb. at my store and they had lots of packages under $3.
Hope that helps!

Thank you so much Katie! I bet my store had it I was looking for the wrong thing. I will have to go back Monday.
Katie says
Yea! Thank you for the heads up on this one 🙂 I picked up 2 packages of chicken (1.35 lbs. total) and 2 of beef for stir fry (1.96 lbs. total) and paid $5.10 for both (after .28 overage because it did auto deduct the $6). That is $1.54 per pound- and it will save some prep time too. Woohoo!

Is there another catalina this week for $10 off $30 or are you just referencing the one we already have from the makeup deal last week? Thanks
Tiffany says
I am referencing the one from last week. I wanted to remind everyone to use them!

I went to 4 stores this morning looking for this. I found 1 package at the first store. The YQ wouldn’t scan (regular register) she took off the price on the stir fry which was $4.37. Second store had 1 package and I went through self-checkout. Had to hand the YQ to the cashier. She could not get it to come off and had to get help. After much discussion, they took off $5.98, the beef I got was over $6. Third store, nothing. The meat manager said 2 ladies came early and got 8 packages each. Fourth store, I found several packages. I bought 5 chicken and 5 beef. Went through a regular cashier and YQ’s would not scan. Called a manager and they took off $6 for 4 packages that were priced over $6 and took off $5.37 for the the last one, which was the price marked. So, no overage and a lot of time to check out. The YQ is clear, so they could not deny it, but couldn’t understand the free product was more than the one you were actually paying for!

Thanks for the heads up!! I went to one HEB and they did not have the YQ out by the meat. After looking around I spoted a whole bunch of YQ behind the fish counter and asked the guy if I could have some(not knowing if they were for the stir fry) but had a feeling they were. The guy reluctantly gave me some… Ended up with 3 chicken and 3 beef stir fry for $.80!!! Everything scanned fine. Whoooo!! Thanks again!! I love your site!! Not sure why they would hide the YQ but glad I knew what to look for.
