Paul and I ran into HEB last night to grab a few things. Paul was standing at the register waiting to ask a question before we started to shop and the girl behind the register was talking to a customer about Extreme Couponing and how she KNOWS they can’t use everything and they should donate it all, blah, blah, blah…
I just laughed and walked away and Paul says, “Oh you KNOW we are going through that line!”
The funny thing was, we were running in just for the makeup and Deans Dip and so our total was going to be pretty low and we were using a lot of coupons!
HEB is notorious for having the “B” coupons on makeup and this week is no exception! Revlon has a “B” in-store coupon that you can combine with manufacturer coupons. There were also Wet n Wild “B” coupons and Cover Girl “B” coupons!
If you have ever had a problem I would print and take the HEB coupon policy with you. If you are also not sure what all the coupons mean at HEB, I have a post HERE you can read to refresh!
From their coupon policy:
H-E-B will combine store sponsored yellow coupons with manufacturer coupons for the same product.
- One (1) manufacturer issued coupon and one (1) H-E-B issued Store-sponsored (Type S)
- One (1) manufacturer issued coupon and one (1) H-E-B issued Big Savings coupon (Type B)
This deal is AMAZING because remember that $5 Revlon Coupon I told you about last week….
Yeah, well, it makes for a whopping $8 off a face product!!!

There was a $1 off 2 Wet n Wild “B” coupon. Plus there were $.88 clearance nail polish colors that you could get for $.33. Wet n Wild is pretty cheap anyway. The eye liner is $.99, so just using their coupon you were getting it for $.49! They did not have the Fergie nail polish to use that $1 coupon on 🙁
** The best part…. When you buy $30 in P&G products you get a $10 catalina back…. this is before coupons. You can only use 4 P&G coupons in a transaction, so if you have anything you need to get without a coupon toss it in there to get to the $30! I bought 4 Cover Girl mascaras, and the blush and was able to get to $30 without having to add anything else in!
::DEAL IDEA::

The wet n wild coupon say 1.00 off fergie or any wet n wild polish
Tiffany says
It is in the database wrong, on my physical coupon, it says Fergie only. If yours is different SCORE!
melissa says
Where’s the dean’s dip found at HEB? TIA
Tiffany says
In the fridge section.
Kari says
That’s so weird! I’m in Spring and my coupon says “$1.00 off on any Fergie or wet n wild nail polish”.
Mandi says
I went in today to HEB and grabbed the wet n’ wild and the covergirl lip products, as well as the Pampers diaper deal you mentioned this morning. The wet n’ wild coupon did say I could use it on Fergie OR Wet n’ wild. Also I did get my total to $30 worth of P&G products I thought, but the catalina didn’t print! I was in HEB a little while ago and heard the store manager say that if the P&G catalina didn’t print and the customer wanted to know why, it was because it is AFTER coupons. This seems weird, it’s always been BEFORE!
Tiffany says
Um yeah, it is before! Because when they ring it up it triggers the catalina. I would return the stuff and ask for my coupons back and do it again if you can.
dorothy says
At my HEB the Revlon pressed powder was $6.97. I just bought 6 of them. We got a total of about $150 in Revlon powder, blush and concealer free!!
michelle says
where is heb..i am confused?are you talking about cvs?
Tiffany says
HEB is a Texas grocery store.
Lori says
So, did you go through that cashier’s line? Did she say anything?
Tiffany says
Yes! I forgot that part! She freaked out that we were on the show, Paul chatted her up and gave her a card!
Meshell says
I don’t shop to much at heb so was just wondering will they say anything or will I have a problem with the coupons being more then the product? Like for the revlon blush being less then $8.00?
Tiffany says
No you wont have a problem, just don’t have that be the only thing you check out with.
Grecia says
when is this deal over? because the HEB on bunker hill was cleared out
Tiffany says
When you get the catalina it says that you can use it starting the 19th of Sept. So I wonder if you can earn them up until the 18th?
Meshell says
So I went to a heb today not a super heb and no makeup or large HE shampoo! Womp womp so I will be trying the rayford sawdust tomorrow But I did see the sign saying the p&g Catalina is running till the 18! And u can use them starting the 19
Vee says
I did this today and did not get the catalina. I filled out the form on catalina’s website, so hopefully I’ll get the cat.
Christine says
I did the 6 cover girl lash mascara deal idea above, and the catalina did not print. I will call come back to customer service tomorrow i guess and hope thy give it to me or i will be returning it all:(
Christine says
Heb gave me my $10 p&g the next day, no problem! YEAH!
christina says
with heb do they give you the overage toward your purchase or no
Tiffany says
It is going to depend on your store and when you check out. I am sorry but they do it differently in each.
