I wanted to give you a quick update on Michelles trip, she was nice enough to send me her receipts to post so you can try and do the same deal!
Michelle made only 2 transactions ( way to go girl I was thinking it was more!) this is what they looked like:

Part comedian, part Dad, part athlete. He will boss around your children while they play ball.
Just as angelic as she looks, this girl could easily raise a Village by herself, and all the children would grow up to be President.
Self proclaimed, she would be a webkinz dog. Because, "they're cute, and puppies are too. And they're sweet and they always get along with other puppies."
This mini-Martha Stewart can handle ANY craft you send her way. She isn't all bows and rainbows, she's got karate kid moves!
Not "Pick-Me-Up" like caffeine, she wants you to pick her up! AND NOW!
Anything that can be destroyed WILL be destroyed!
Practically Perfect in Every Way for now! Nicknamed "The Panda" she is rolly polly and lives by the motto, "the little one, is KING!"
The resident Labradoodle, Miller got his name because Mom won and got to name the baby! Need something chewed up? He'll take care of it. Especially if it's expensive..
Impressive, but I question whether this scenario was right or replicable. The Head & Shoulders coupon says “Buy one H&S product, get one H&S product free (up to 9.49).” The cashier deducted $9.49 from the total, but the H&S items Michelle bought weren’t that much each. Shouldn’t the cashier have put the value of the coupon as $2.99, the price of the 50% off H&S?
The coupon for the H&S rings up at $9.49. The cashier isn’t having to enter an amount at all.
Interesting! I’ve never done a bogo coupon on CVS, but when I’ve used them at the grocery store, the cashier always seems to have to enter a dollar amount. I figured it was that way everywhere, but apparently not! I may have to try this one out…
Mystery solved! The head and shoulders coupon rang up $9.49 so she actually made money on 6 bottles!!! Going to definitely try my luck on that deal.
It was a great shopping trip, but not a money maker by my calculations. $16 in ECB’s was spent, and $5.67 were received. The difference on that is $10.33. Add that to the $1.10 out of pocket, and the total spent was 11.43.
our store is putting in the 5.99 ….the full cost of that size bottle right now.
