i was using internet explorer and it wasn’t even letting me hit the submit button…but than i tried it thru firefox and there was no problems. went right through. if that helps 😉
I used Safari after many attempts via IE and finally was able to get through. However I received my email at 9:07pm, printed my coupon and went to my CVS to use the coupon about 9:50pm and the cashier & manager told me I had already used it. Huh? How is that possible? I told her I had been in the store for 20 minutes, even showed her the email on my phone. She said you could have used it at another CVS. Wow!
oh wow! That is messed up! Call CVS corporate first thing in the morning and explain what happened!
My coupon would not go through, not scanned or keyed in by the manager.. after many failed attempts i thought they were going to turn it away but the manager did something else on the machine and gave it to me… I think alot of people are going to have trouble with this one.
you have to use Chrome (Firefox might work too). IE does NOT work. It should show up in your inbox in an hour or so.
I just returned home from CVS and they told me I already used my coupon. the employee keyed mine in for me but said that it was showing this coupon had already been redeemed.?!?! WOW!!! not good for CVS
