If you want to make a last minute run to CVS, the deals that reader Jen did will expire today! You only have until midnight to do these.
Jen had previously ordered formula from her CVS and they called today to let her know that it was in. Since she was running up anyway, she made a plan from the CVS weekly list and from the scenario list.
Jen started with ECB’s from previous week and this week, 20% coupon, $10 off $50,and (2) Similac checks.
Transaction 1:
(2) Right Guard Total Defense 5
(6) Ludens cough drops
(2) Vicks Natural Fusion
(12) Palmolive dish soaps
(6) Garnier Stylers
(6) Speed Sticks–RAINCHECK
(1) Duracell D Batteries
Total OOP: $41.51
Got back: $10 CVS Card and $17ECB
Transaction 2:
(10) Similac Allimentum Formula ($10.49 each)
Total OOP: $.72
Now, she didn’t give me the break down on coupons etc. but the reason that I liked her deal was that her first transaction total was large. Sometimes to make deals work they have to be. If you have a $10 off $50 you need to get to $50 before coupons, that is a lot of products. Your total will still be high, but you have that extra $10 off that in the long run will make each item cheaper.
Thanks for sharing Jen!

No Coupon for Palmolive. 🙁
$10 off $50 CVS coupon
Total OOP: $41.51
Got back: $10 CVS card, $17 ECB
Transaction 2:
(2) $5.00 Similac Checks
20% CVS Coupon
$10 off $50 CVS coupon
$49 ECB
Total OOP: $.72
Where did she get the similac checks?
I always use the same coupon (10 off/50) and sometimes more de 1 per week I always get one in my receipt. Like today I bougth 2 Scott PT, 2 Scott TP, 2 pert plus shampoo, 9 UP2U gum, 1 hidro 5, 1 shout= 50.35-(10/50)-(17.41mc)-(7.99 Eb)=16.38 w/tax. So I paid 6.38 cash OOP and the other 10 I used my 10cvs cash (my cvs cash i use them like a coupon and have the 10 even for future deals) and for all my transaction I got $4eb for the schick and 10cvs cash……. So 4.38 oop for all =)
Sorry $2.38 for all
