Question about Catalinas: How do you know that for example, Fruit by the Foot will give out Catalinas? It's not posted in the ad (that I saw). Is this just a hot tip or is there a specific place that will list these so that I can check for them? I feel like it is a surprise when one prints out and I'd love to be able to strategize better.
