The Baking Basket was my girls favorite. From the Dollar Tree I got the mixing bowl, and utensils. At Randall’s I grabbed any cookie or cake mixes that sounded yummy and threw in a pot holder and you have a very nice gift for what I thought was an adult. I have changed my mind however, and I think I am going to be giving these to all the little girl birthday parties my kids get invited to!
The experience with Sherry Williams and her photographer was awesome, she was so professional and accommodating with all my kids everywhere. They didn’t phase her at all! If you want to see the program segment that Sherry put together it will be on this Friday (November 20th) on Houston KHOU channel 11 between 5am-7am, then again at 5pm and again on Saturday morning from 7am-9am.

Part comedian, part Dad, part athlete. He will boss around your children while they play ball.
Just as angelic as she looks, this girl could easily raise a Village by herself, and all the children would grow up to be President.
Self proclaimed, she would be a webkinz dog. Because, "they're cute, and puppies are too. And they're sweet and they always get along with other puppies."
This mini-Martha Stewart can handle ANY craft you send her way. She isn't all bows and rainbows, she's got karate kid moves!
Not "Pick-Me-Up" like caffeine, she wants you to pick her up! AND NOW!
Anything that can be destroyed WILL be destroyed!
Practically Perfect in Every Way for now! Nicknamed "The Panda" she is rolly polly and lives by the motto, "the little one, is KING!"
The resident Labradoodle, Miller got his name because Mom won and got to name the baby! Need something chewed up? He'll take care of it. Especially if it's expensive..
Great job!! After using sales and coupons for so long, it is second nature to think outside the box!! You made some great gift ideas and I will be linking to this post for my readers..they will love it! Thanks for sharing!Warmth,
Those turned out so cute. I love blankets. I have a BOX in my closet as well as a couple stacks of them. I wish it were colder in Texas so I could get more use out of them.Well done-that was a lot of shopping!
I am so glad to know that I am not the only one who noticed that teenage boys are obsessed with smelling good. I have 2 boys, ages 14 and 13, and they are so into how everything smells. They even asked for one of those "free" Glade products to be put in their room.
Although we're moving away from neighbor gifts in this neighborhood (SO GLAD) and are encouraged, instead, to find a charity we believe in, I saw a great neighbor gift idea which I morphed into a colleague gift.Oven Mitt with little kitchen utensils stuffed inside. For the coupon queen, I'm going to go ahead and suggest a novel idea that just popped into my sleep deprived head: a loofah mitt stuffed with all those fantastic deals you get at CVS and Walgreens.I really think I'm beyond brilliant when I am this tired.
Awesome! I finally have ideas for my secret sister at church! I've been wanting to do a movie basket but wasn't sure how. I'm totally stealing this idea!
I saw you on tv this morning! Great job with the gifts…I am going to try to NOT wait until the last minute for gifts this year. Maybe I can be as creative as you are.
Good ideas Tiff! I just may use a few of them…we really could have used the "Simple Start" way back in the day on our little trip to Moab! ๐
I'm curious what the book was! ๐ haha
