Randalls/Safeway this week still has a REALLY good Mix and Match special going. Plus there are a few stand out prices on things like produce and meat, which you will really be able to see when I post the best deals tomorrow.

To have a really good shopping trip this week I would suggest taking your binder in the store (without kids!) and walking through each isle and just check to see what coupons you have that go with any item on the Mix and Match. These items will be labeled with a special tag so you can see the final Mix and Match price.
** Prices are assuming your store does not double or triple coupons. My Randalls will double or triple the first of each coupon. If you are in an area that does your final price will be lower.

Every so often I have to make the comment that I really wish stores would make (available to the public!) a computer database of what was on sale that week. I don’t particularly want to walk around the store looking to see what are all the unadvertised parts of some mix and match/mega deals……I like to plan my trip closer than that.
Randall’s claims to have thousands of items as part of this; well, it would help (me, lol) to be able to sit at my computer and peruse their list of participating items and plan my trip from there.
I’m also aware that the store would rather me come in and spend half a day walking around and shopping! Maybe they don’t want to help their competition in matching prices?

That is part of it, also they are trying to “help the environment” by not making their ads as big.

Haha, it would help the environment more if they were completely online.
Anyway, I just wanted to mention the BEST part about the Randall’s ad this week (for Houston Texas area): 2.99/gallon milk! Woohooo! That’s as cheap as I’ve seen it around here, but it was always at cvs. This alone is incentive enough for me to want to shop there this week; milk is like 10% of our weekly grocery bill. At least the baby is finally drinking milk instead of formula though! Sheesh.

Dont forget that CVS usually has oak farms milk for $2.99 also and you can price match that at Walmart!
