Here are some of the best deals this week at HEB. For the next few days the deals are not that great, but when the new P&G coupons come out this weekend some of the deals get better!
If you are tired of cutting out coupons, I would suggest shopping at HEB. They have so many in-store coupons and good deals that you can save quite a bit without having to cut any coupons out!
You can go HERE to print or see a copy of the HEB coupon policy.
H-E-B accepts the following types of coupons:
- Manufacturer issued coupons obtained from printed publications (newspaper, FSI, magazines, etc)
- H-E-B Issued coupons
- Manufacturer-sponsored coupons (Type M coupon; has an ‘M’ in bottom left corner)
- Store-sponsored coupons (Type S Coupon; has an ‘S’ in the bottom left corner)
- Big Savings coupons (Type B coupons; has a ‘B’ in the bottom left corner)
- The above mentioned H-E-B issued coupons are typically
- Available at store level and typically yellow in color
- Generated by a coupon printer at the register and provided with customer receipt
- Distributed via direct mail to customer households or other printed publications
- Printable coupons with a bar code (i.e. Online or Internet coupons)

Did HEB’s coupon policy change?? They always seem to have the best deals WITHOUT coupons. But never since couponing, they never let me use a manufacturing coupon over one of their yellow ones.
Tiffany says
There yellow coupons are manufacturer coupons, so you can not combine them with another manufacturer coupon. I think there policy is still the same, nothing looks different in the past 6 months or so. They do have probably the lowest prices anyway.
Emily says
Does that mean you can use the yellow coupons at another store since they are manufacturer coupons?
Tiffany says
technically you should… but no one will take them
Linda says
I used to work at Walmart and I took them once because they are Manufacturer coupons. I got in trouble. LOL, but I tried to explain the difference to them…no deal. Oh well!! They didn’t beep or anything, went through without a problem.

Don’t forget to go print off your $1 off ½ Gallon of Blue Bell ice cream at Bluebell.com! It has reset today too!

So I wouldn’t be able to use .50/1 Kraft BBQ tearpads with their in-store $1/2 coupons? We don’t shop at HEB specifically because of how confusing their policies are. We go across the road to Albertsons.
Tiffany says
No you can’t 🙁
Bev says
According to their online coupon policy they will accept a manufacturer’s coupon stacked on an HEB S or B coupon. There is an online HEB B coupon for $2/1 Dove VisibleCare 18 oz. Body Wash here http://www.heb.com/weekly-ads/show-coupons.jsp. They should let you use a manufacturer’s coupon with it.
Tiffany says
Thanks for the deal, it is hard to find those B coupons!
