They were $3.96 at my HEB. I bought them any way because I had already been to my Walmart they were out. With gas at almost $4/gallon, I probably would have spent more to go to a different Walmart!
That’s too bad that all stores are not the same. Tomball HEB even has a sign posted that they are $3.00.
The HEB in my area(Alvin, TX) dose not sell them at all.
