I’ve gone twice since the new policy came out. Once was GREAT, amazing, easy experience with a knowledgable cashier. No problems. One of my coupons beeped, I apologized and said if it was the wrong thing I’d take it back. She looked thru it and what I bought, decided it would work and put it thru. The other time… well, let’s say a manager was called and I called coorporate. Still don’t have an answer, since the person that called me back said the rules are not set in stone but up to the individual managers. THAT part is nutty to me. I want to know what the rules are so I can follow them, not get caught in check out fear.

On the razors, if you use both coupons, are you getting 2 razors total or 3? I wasn’t sure if this was a situation where you could use the B1G1 coupon as well as the $3/1 coupon at the same time. Help?
Clicking on the link for the Silk takes you to their site, for a .75 off coupon. I heard that they pulled the $2 coupon because people are making copies of them.
Can someone confirm that for me? I have already signed up and printed my coupons so I can’t tell?
When I went through the sign up process, it said $.75 to begin with but printed $2. (Just a few hours ago). Hope this helps!

Up top in the right hand corner. It says it’s for .75 off once you click on it, but once you agree to sign up they bump it up to $2 for taking a short survey. 🙂

Similar experience as Ella (up top). EVEN with printed new coupon policy, I was told managers have discretion to deviate. I tried to use $5 off coupon for any size Similac on a bottle that was 3.84 and they wouldn’t apply overage to rest of my order…but would do it for $1 off coupon for .97 cent Reach dental floss. Ugg!! Was told if overage was pennies, they would allow and my overage of 1.16 was in excess. : ( I’m still going to shop there and appreciate ability to price match to other competitor’s lower prices when possible + use coupons but it would be sweeter deal if I could get $1 overage too. Just wanted to make other shoppers aware of that manager discretion thing going on.
I’m so glad it wasnt just me. I was wondering if I handled it wrong. I haven’t been doing this for too long and I know I make a few mistakes. I was also worried I didn’t explain myself correctly. Good to know I’m not the only one getting that answer!
I just wanted to let you know that today walmart introduced to their associates that they will now be honoring b1g1f sales. The example they gave were the hydro razors at walgreens. I went to the cashier trainer and made sure she understood that would mean a customer could still use 2 coupons…blank stare! finally got her to understand, then dropped the b1g1f coupon on her…..after arguing for a while, she and a few more cashiers finally understood. so, you might want to let your readers know they’ll most likely have to do the same thing.
