Are you aware of any coupon policy changes at Kroger? We have shopped at the store at 6055 Fry Road for years and if the internet coupons did not scan, the cashier would input them manually. Today, however, when the coupons from “coupons.com” did not scan, we were told that the new policy was for them to refuse them. They did not even try to input them manually. The cashier did call someone on the phone and that person confirmed the apparent new policy.
There isn’t a new policy 🙁 They might have just got some new direction from their manager.
