If you are heading into CVS this week make sure to scan your card at the red machine. For most people it is printing out coupons for $1 off any Kelloggs cereal. You can use this coupon on the individual size items making them FREE! I love to keep these in my purse to feed the little kids when they get antsy! Thanks, Mommy Octopus

Just as angelic as she looks, this girl could easily raise a Village by herself, and all the children would grow up to be President.
Self proclaimed, she would be a webkinz dog. Because, "they're cute, and puppies are too. And they're sweet and they always get along with other puppies."

What red machine
The red machine in the front of CVS that is also a price scanner
I got one of these yesterday with this coupon. No beep!
I never seem to get the scanner coupons that people blog and post about. Is it based on your shopping habits? Everyday last week I scanned my card and got the same two coupons each time.
You can scan your card more than once a day. Sometimes I don’t get the special coupon until the second attempt. I always scan multiple times.
Got one of these yesterday and today..so I combined with manufactures coupon $1 off 2 boxes and got 2 boxes for .49 each (ones on sale for 1.99 each).
I got mine on the second attempt. 🙂
I went in the other night and got my coupon and was totally unprepared for any transactions since I didn’t have my reuseable bag or my purse (armed only with a credit card in my pocket). I picked up two cereals off the shelf based on the posts to get them for free and didn’t pay attention that one was general mills so I had to go change it for Kelloggs (helpful hint to the distracted….pick the right brand 🙂 I scanned it and then did the coupon and it didn’t work. The CVS employee said that it wasn’t really cereal. I was going to ask what it was but he overroad the coupon so I shut my mouth. $0.02 in tax and I walked out with my cereal! It really helps to go at the same time every week and build a relationship with the cashier because working with new ones makes me confused and exhusted.
