Do you have to buy 3 or is 3 the limit?

The rebate form said limit 5 rebates per product. Does that mean you can do this deal 5 different times!? I didn’t see anywhere on the form where it said limit 1 rebate per household. Anyone else?

Watch the panini maker…not sure this is the one that qualifies for the rebate. When I put it in my cart to purchase, the sku# is not the same as the one listed on the rebate form.
Never done this before rebate form says you need to submit original receipt or packing slip, so how is it possible to submit 1 packing form separately for the 3 rebates. Thanks for your help.

It looks like all of these items are not available anymore. There are some other items that are the same price and also have a rebate on them.

Amazon has one with good reviews for $19.99, so I’m going that route… wish I would have decided to order this in time to get the free one, though!
Has anyone sent in their rebate yet? Since I have to send in my packing slip and I have multiple rebate items on it, do I only fill in one form with all UPC’s attached? Or do I copy my packing slip and send multiple rebate forms. Thanking your for your help!
Kohls sent me this Email in regard to my question:
Thank you for contacting our rebate processing center. I am sorry for any confusion this process may have caused you. If both products are eligible for the same offer, only one rebate form must be submitted including the original packing list and the original UPC barcodes from each product purchased.
Once the rebate has been approved, then one card with the total amount you should be entitled to received will be delivered.
