Mint Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp mint extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2-3 drops green food coloring
Instructions
  1. Beat cream cheese and butter together in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar, mint extract and food coloring and mix well
  3. Stir in chocolate chips
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
