do the red coupon kiosk spit out the same coupons for everyone at every store? I ask because I didn’t get the Herbal Essence coupon last week to stack with the man coupon. Got other coupon out of it, but not that one.
Not always, so you must not get it this week. But overall they are running the same coupons.
