Anyone can do this deal because CVS has a 98% rule. $30 x 98 = $29.40, this is what you would need to spend oop to get the ECB’s.
Be on the lookout for $1.75/1 peelies found on the Tresemme shampoos and conditioners!! Limit of 2 per transaction. Most were peeled off but I was able to find 4 (2 on the shampoos and 2 on the conditioners) so it worked great for the spend $30 get $10!!

The covergirls were buy 1 get one 50% off
total was 32. ( something with tax)
